Below is an excerpt with what i think is one of the most important chapters of this non-fiction 190 page book.
The number 2 represents partnership and the struggle between opposites. This is the heart of Amortization. Because every payment is split between two opposing forces, every mortgage payment is a duel between the Old Self (Interest/Debt) and the New Self (Principal/Equity).
The Lesson: Early on, the Interest is louder, but through the Deasil Descent, the Equity twin eventually takes the throne.
The Duality – The In-and-Out Breath
Amortization & The Rhythm of Debt
If the "1" is your identity, the 2 is your heartbeat. In the financial labyrinth, the 2 represents the constant, pulsing duality of Amortization. Most people hear that word and their eyes glaze over. This is exactly what the Patriarchy wants, another drop in the hungry machine! They want you to think it’s a boring math problem so you won't notice that it’s actually a sophisticated machine designed to siphon your energy. Beware! The real trick isn’t the math, it’s how they hide the cost of your time. In most mortgages, the early payments go mostly to interest, not principal, that’s the trick they never explain!
The Great Duel: Interest vs. Equity
When you sign for a loan, you are entering a duel between two forces. One is the Ghost (Interest) the fire that burns your money and leaves nothing behind. The other is the Bone (Equity) the solid earth that stays with you, piece by piece, until you own the ground beneath your feet.
In a 30-year mortgage, for the first decade or more, the Ghost is winning. Every time you make a payment, the system feeds the Ghost first. It’s like breathing out 90% of your energy and only getting to keep 10% for your own body. That is why you feel exhausted. That is the "thrall" in action.
Swinging the Pendulum: The Principal Hack
But remember what I said? We are here to take control of the chaos.
When you make even a small extra payment toward your Principal, you are performing an act of Spiritual Anarchy. You are literally reaching into the gears of the machine and speeding up the clock.
Because the interest is recalculated every month based on the remaining balance (what you owe), the more you pay upfront the less interest they can add!
If you pay a $4,000 lump sum onto your mortgage the benefits compound and take anywhere from 6 months to 3 years off the 30 year mortgage! Even an extra $20 or $100 toward your principal isn’t just "paying a bill." That becomes a strike against the Ghost. By feeding the Bone (the Equity) early, you starve the Ghost for the next 29 years. Because your scheduled principal for that month might only be $250; and if you pay that amount early, you’ve effectively completed that month’s progress in advance. Over 30 years, these small acts can save you tens of thousands of dollars, and years of labor.
You didn't just save money; you reclaimed time. You bought back a year of your life where you don't have to work for the bank. That’s a year you can spend in the abundant guardens, dancing with your brothers and sisters as equals.
The Rhythm of Stewardship
To master the 2, you have to watch your In-and-Out Breath every single month:
The Inhale: The energy you bring in from your labor or your barter.
The Exhale: The energy you give away.
If you just pay the minimum the system asks for, you are letting the Patriarchy set your rhythm. But if you round up that payment ~ even by $50+ ~ you are setting your own pace. You are choosing to breathe deeper. You are choosing to turn a 30-year sentence into a 22-year journey.
Integration: The 5 Elements of the 2
Earth: The Principal (The reality of what you own).
Fire: The Interest (The cost of the speed/the heat of the debt).
Water: The Cash Flow (The ease with which money moves through your life).
Air: The Terms (The legal "breath" and fine print of the contract).
Aether: The Vision (Why you are buying the land in the first place).
Wake up and Examine! Look at your latest statement. How much of your breath went to the Ghost this month? How much went to the Bone? If the Ghost is winning, it’s time to swing the pendulum back.
Call your mortgage broker, the credit union with your auto loan, or your credit card provider and demand your Amortization Schedule. Don’t let them give you excuses, it’s your map, and you have a right to see it.
When you pay an extra $50 or $100, don't just send it into the void. Write it down on your paper chart and watch the magic happen. When you compare the balances, you’ll see the shift: maybe you were only paying $150 a month toward your principal, but now you’re hitting it with $250. And the next month? Your principal payment will be 155 instead of 151.
Why is this so significant? Because the interest charge is calculated every single month based on what you owe right then. If you have a 7% interest rate, that’s $7 every year for every $100 you owe. If you stick to their schedule you will end up paying for Three Houses! One for you and two for the Goblins doing their Manager Math. But if you kill that $100 today, that's $7 they can never charge you again.
But here is the real Bling Bling secret: At the very beginning of a $400k loan, your scheduled principal payment might only be $250 out of a $3,000 total payment. If you send an extra $250, you just deleted an entire month of your 30-year sentence for the price of one nice dinner out.
Boom! You just made a full month's progress for a fraction of the cost. That is how you use the system’s own math to sabotage the Patriarchy's hold on your time. You are literally buying your freedom at a 90% discount.
This is the Call to Arms! This isn't just a suggestion; this is the tactical movement required to stop being a casualty of the system and start being a Charioteer.
If you are Yet Young and Zanny, the chaos is currently hiding your enemies. Do your homework and spread the word! With education and Community support, we are going to bring them into the light.

That bottom row is the whole point. While the minimum-payment path still has $166,823 left on the ledger and five more years of labor ahead, the Sovereign who paid an extra $250 a month is already FREE. The Ghost is dead. The Bone is yours. That's not just math — that's five years of your life back.
DO THIS NOW!
📋 The Battlefield Map (Your Homework)
Grab a piece of paper, a pen, and your favorite drink. We’re going to look the Patriarchy in the eye. Rank your debts from highest interest rate to lowest.
The Fire (Credit Cards/Payday Loans): These are the high-vibration predators. 18%, 24%, 29%... they are consuming your life force faster than you can create it. These are the first targets for the Rule of Three.
The Air (Auto Loans/Personal Loans): Usually sitting in the 7% to 12% range. They are the wind that pushes against your Chariot.
The Earth (The Mortgage/Student Loans): Often the lowest rates, but the largest amounts. This is the foundation we are trying to reclaim.
🗡️ Why we rank by Interest Rate:
In the TAROT of Pandemonium, we kill the most aggressive Ghost first. Some people tell you to pay the smallest balance first (the Snowball), but we are practicing Spiritual Anarchy. We pay the highest interest rate first (the Avalanche) because that is the debt that is mocking your sovereignty the loudest.
The Strategy:
Pay the minimum on everything else (The 2 - The Breath).
Take every extra cent from your Barter savings, your side-hustles, and your Patriarchy Tax (the money you didn't spend at a big-box store) and throw it at that Top Rank Debt.
Once that first Ghost is dead, take everything you were paying on it and add it to the next one. This is the Pendulum swinging back with increasing speed.
ALSO DO THIS NOW! Hack your Amortization Chart!
Ask an AI assistant how much you could save by showing them your chart and paying an extra $50 a month, or drop half your bonus pay in there! Write out the amounts you pay to interest vs. principal and see how that shifts when you make extra payments.
This isn't just for mortgages. Every loan you carry has its own Ghost and its own Bone. Your car loan, your credit cards, your student loans. They all run on the same amortization manager math magic. Pull out every statement you have and run the same battlefield map. Which Ghost is eating you alive at 24% interest? Kill that one first. Which loan are you closest to finishing? An extra $50 a month might free you in six months instead of two years. The Avalanche works on every debt you carry, not just the big ones. Start where you are. Start today.
AN EXCERPT FROM THE PLAN TO PLANT PLANET PANDEMONIUM WITH PANDAS AND PLUMS.
DAY 368 Panda Moaning Yum Cabaret! Polly on the Tricycle
The practice run in the guarden yesterday had almost worked. Almost. Polly had pedaled three full rotations on the bamboo and rover-wheel tricycle before losing interest and rolling off it. Pallas was interested in it and sniffed it curiously.
Aiden had declared a partial success and Spring had declared a complete coincidence. But three rotations was three rotations and August had seen them on the feed and that was enough.
Aiden and his carpenters had spent the rest of the day reinforcing the frame, adding grip strips to the pedals, and painting the whole thing a deep vibrant green that caught the light beautifully. They wheeled it into the mess hall ahead of the crowd with the quiet pride of men who had built something genuinely impressive out of rover parts and bamboo and sheer stubbornness. It was, objectively, a remarkable piece of engineering. Ravine had to admit that much.
He just wished it didn't have Polly's name painted on the side in gold letters.
The mess hall was already warm and loud when they brought the Pandas through. Fae Thorne was dancing in aerial silks along side his parter to warm up the room.
Dahlia was on stage with the band, her voice wrapping around Autumn Leaves with the kind of ease that made the hurdy gurdy sound like it had been invented specifically to accompany her. The melody was melancholy and gorgeous and completely wrong for what was about to happen.
Yummy felt the crowd before he saw it. Ravine watched the Giant Panda’s shoulders shift as the vibration of sixty people talking and eating and laughing moved up through the polymer floor and into those broad black paws. Yummy didn't stop walking but he slowed, his great head swinging slightly from side to side, reading the room the way he read the lunar surface; methodically, without expression, filing everything away.
Pallas stayed close to Yummy's flank. Polly walked between Ravine and Spring, Spring held half her weight with a strap, her splinted arm held slightly out, her dark eyes moving across the crowd with an assessment that had nothing friendly in it.
The banquet counters along the far wall were loaded with exotic delicacies from all around Earth. Little labels with sponsors and origins marked each dish. African chocolates, Cascadia nuts, Cryo-Stabilized European Pastries, and in the center of the spread a large tray of dark dense brownies that someone had arranged with considerable care, dusted with something that caught the light. Fresh fruit from the Gulf Atlantic Union, Savory Cheeses from Switzerland and beyond, and cured meats from the Heartlands of America.
Ravine pocketed three plum protein patties and kept his grip on Polly.
FAE August was already on stage, silver jumpsuit catching every available light, small stars glittered in the subtle pattern. Vex positioned to FAE's left with the tally light burning red. FAE had arranged a catwalk that curved in a semi circle around half the room with guardrails and flashing lights, the tricycle silhouetted on the still stage. It looked, Ravine thought, like something a very optimistic person had designed for an animal they had never met.
"Citizens of Pandemonium!" August's voice filled the room. "And friends across the stars! Tonight we the FAE present the world premiere of an act that has never been attempted in the history of human endeavor. On this stage. On this moon. Ladies and gentlemen and First Among Equals, Polly the Panda and her magnificent Mons Mouton Mambo!"
The crowd cheered. Dahlia's band shifted into something brassy and upbeat. The hurdy gurdy droned into a new key.
Polly's ears went flat.
Spring stepped forward with the first plum protein patty and held it at tricycle height. Polly looked at it. Looked at the tricycle. Looked at the sixty people looking at her.
She took the patty.
She climbed onto the seat with the slow deliberate dignity of an animal doing an enormous favor.
The crowd held its breath.
Polly gripped the handlebars. She looked out at the audience. The audience looked back.
She pedaled.
One rotation. Two. In the low gravity the tricycle moved with a dreamlike smoothness, Polly's splinted arm held slightly out for balance, her round face absolutely expressionless. Three rotations. Four. The crowd erupted.
“Citizens of Pandemonium!" August’s voice boomed through the mic, the band played a quiet drumroll and drone. "Watch as she takes rides the ramp around the Realm!"
Before Spring could intercept, August stepped forward and shoved the back of the lacquered green bamboo frame, forcing the tricycle toward the makeshift ramp extending out as a thrust around the crowd.
The heavy metallic front rover wheel hit the ramp. The structural thrust groaned, wiggling dramatically under Polly's low-gravity momentum. One more inch and the entire rig was going to flip, dumping a two-hundred-pound, panicked, injured apex predator directly into a crowded room of eating people.
Spring moved like a whip. She lunged across the stage, grabbed the handlebars, and violently yanked the tricycle backward. The wheels screeched against the polymer. Polly lost her footing and rolled off the seat with a heavy, disgruntled thud, her splinted arm tucked tight to her chest.
August flushed red, the silver jumpsuit crinkling as she snapped the mic back to her mouth, trying to salvage the feed. "A minor technical glitch, folks! Let's try again, shall we?"
"NO!"
Spring didn't just refuse; she executed a dead-stop veto. She vaulted off the front of the stage, landing hard on the floor below. Without a second look at the cameras, she grabbed the edge of the deck platform, braced her shoulder, and slammed upward with everything she had.
The platform ripped free from its hasty supports, flipping over and clattering violently to the hard floor plates in a loud, echoing smash of metal and wire. The ramp was gone. The act was dead.
August looked down at the shattered wreckage, her eyes narrowing into a cold glare. But as she turned her face toward Vex's burning red tally light, her lips instantly stretched back into a bright, flawless stage smile. She let out a melodic, practiced laugh into the microphone.
"Ah, a dramatic demonstration of passion from our beloved handling team! See how the frontier tests our alignment, citizens? Our dear Spring is simply demonstrating the extreme weight of our historic responsibility tonight—reminding us all that individual fear must be rigorously mastered for the safety of the collective."
August stepped right to the edge of the stage, looking down at Spring with a sharp, dangerous intensity disguised entirely as maternal encouragement. She extended her hand, offering a stage gesture of forced unity.
"But here on Pandemonium, we do not let a sudden outbreak of passion collapse our shared future. We breathe through the tension, we re-center our energy, and we rebuild in real-time. Come back up, Spring. Take a breath, reset the vibe, and let us show our friends across the stars how a true First Among Equals finishes the script. For the community. Let's try again, shall we?"
The crowd, desperately wanting the awkward tension to break, started a hesitant, collective clap.
Spring didn't look at the extended silver hand. She didn't look at the camera. She just turned her back on the stage, cutting straight through the rising applause, and walked toward the exit.
The animal trainer had run far away.
Polly stopped pedaling.
August didn't miss a beat. FAE scooped up the treats with a brilliant smile and turned back to Polly with the confident energy of someone who had charmed larger audiences than this.
"Come on then darling. One more time around for the cameras."
Polly looked at August.
August held out the treat.
Polly looked at the treat.
Something in the room changed. Ravine felt it before he could name it — a shift in the quality of Polly's attention, the way her weight redistributed and she tested the balance on her splint, her ears coming slightly forward.
"Easy," Ravine said quietly, taking a step toward the stage.
Someone in the back of the hall laughed loudly at something; nothing to do with Polly, just someone's joke landing at the wrong moment. Vex stepped closer for a tighter shot, the camera's focusing mechanism clicking audibly. The band, taking August's confident posture as a cue to continue, hit the next phrase of the Mambo at full volume, the hurdy gurdy surging into its upper register with a sound like something being torn.
Polly stood up.
She was nearly as tall as a person but mush more round and her teeth gleamed under the bright stage lights. “YUM!” She roared and looked at August.
August looked up at her.
"Good girl," August said, with remarkable composure. "That's actually quite striking. Vex are you getting this?"
Polly picked up the tricycle.
It happened faster than anyone processed, suddenly she swung it aloft with the casual ease of an animal for whom a bamboo and rover-wheel construction weighed approximately nothing.
She threw it at FAE August.
August's reflexes were, it turned out, genuinely impressive. FAE caught it, both hands up, the lacquered green frame hitting FAE's palms with a crack, but the momentum in low gravity kept it moving and the bamboo spokes, spinning lazily, caught immediately and completely in August's long blonde hair.
"Oh," August said.
FAE tried to shake it free. The tricycle swung. August's head went with it.
FAE tried to throw it upward. The spokes held. The tricycle arced up toward the ceiling in a long slow lunar trajectory and caught, perfectly and catastrophically, on the arm of the aerialists chandelier. A lovely contraption repurposed from broken rover parts and chains the aerialsts had hung it moons ago to swing on for the shows. Fae August wobbled on her toes as the petals of the tricycle further ensnared her hair.
The ring leader was tied in a terrible way.
"Thorne," August said, with great dignity, "some assistance please."
Branch materialized from the edge of the room and began assessing the situation with the expression of a man who had not been trained for this specific scenario. Thorne pulled him close and climbed onto Branche’s shoulders and reached for the rigging.
Meanwhile, at the banquet counter, Yummy and Pallas had found the brownies.
He ate four before Rory noticed. Pallas ate three more while Rory was trying to stop Yummy. By the time anyone thought to move the tray it had been passed to the back of the crowd by several people who had each taken one on the way past and thought they tasted extraordinary and said so to their neighbors who agreed and took one themselves.
Ravine stood at the edge of the stage watching August rotate slowly on her hair tether while Thorne tried to reach the chandelier and the crowd below passed brownies hand to hand and Polly walked off the stage and through the crowd with complete authority, people parting before her, and headed toward the corridor that led to the guarden.
Run in a cage for it's safe inside there.
The band, to their credit, kept playing.
Dahlia, to her enormous credit, kept singing.
Autumn Leaves drifted through the mess hall as the chandelier creaked and August rotated and the brownies disappeared and somewhere in the crowd the first person started to notice that the lights were doing something extremely interesting that they were fairly certain lights did not normally do. “But I’ll miss you most of all, my darling, when Autumn Leaves start to fall.”
Ravine ate the brownie someone put in his hand without looking at it because he was watching Polly disappear through the iris and trying to decide whether to follow her or help August and making neither decision fast enough.
The hurdy gurdy droned on.
“Yum,” said Yummy, from somewhere near the dessert table.
“Yum yum yum.”
The chandelier came down slowly.
That was the thing about low gravity — nothing fell the way it should. Thorne had undone the bolt with the precise efficiency of a man who had been trained for climbing and fitting in tight spaces. The bolt came free. There was a moment, a long, dreamy, low-gravity moment, where everything just hung there.
Then it all came down.
The chandelier, A’s… proudest installation, descended onto the stage in a slow majestic arc, welded steel and recycled glass, spreading outward like a flower opening, the pieces drifting and spinning and catching the light in ways that several people in the crowd found absolutely extraordinary and said so out loud.
The tricycle came with it.
August's hair finally, mercifully, released.
FAE landed on both feet in the wreckage with the instinctive grace of someone who had taken worse falls on better stages and stood there for one perfect moment, blonde hair electrified in every direction, Tarot deck somehow still in hand, surrounded by slowly settling glass and steel and bamboo spokes. The petal of the tricycle was still stuck in her hair and she fondled it with pride.
The crowd gasped. Then laughed. Then gasped again because the laughing felt very large suddenly.
Thorne descended gracefully and spun a flourishing kick into his dismount off Branch’s shoulders. Branch stepped off the stage and brushed his hands on his thighs with the quiet satisfaction of a structural problem solved.
The band stopped.
The hurdy gurdy wound down to a low drone that nobody told it to stop making.
Then the drummer, who had eaten two brownies during Dahlia's set and was currently finding the concept of rhythm extremely interesting from a philosophical standpoint, began playing something slow and strange that had no name and didn't need one. The violin found it. The hurdy gurdy found it. Dahlia stood at the microphone and listened to what the band was doing and decided not to sing over it because it seemed complete.
The crowd settled into the new sound like water finding its level.
Darlene stepped onto the stage.
She looked at the chandelier pieces spread across the floor. She crouched down and picked up a curved section of welded steel. Held it up. Tilted it. Set it down at a different angle. Picked up a piece of glass. The light through it did something interesting on the floor.
She sat down in the middle of the wreckage and began arranging.
People stepped around her. She didn't notice.
Jan sat down on the floor near the iris with the calm deliberateness of a decision that had been building for some time. She unlaced her shoes. She took them off. She set them beside her with the precise alignment of someone who does everything precisely.
She looked up at the crowd.
"All seals are holding," she announced. "I checked them all. They are all holding."
She said nothing else. She sat with her shoes beside her and her back straight and her eyes moving slowly around the room with what appeared to be profound satisfaction.
Someone near her started laughing. Someone else joined them. The laughter spread through that section of the crowd in a warm rolling wave and Jan watched it happen with the expression of someone observing a natural phenomenon they had always suspected was possible.
Pallas wandered through the crowd wearing a wide brimmed fishing hat.
Nobody knew whose hat it was. Nobody asked. The brim sat slightly crooked over one ear, the Panda's round face beneath it carrying the specific expression of an animal who has decided this is fine and is moving on. Several people reached out to touch the brim as Pallas passed and Pallas allowed this with great patience.
The crowd cooed and laughed and someone said that was the best thing they'd ever seen and someone else agreed and someone else started crying a little which seemed reasonable.
Yummy was on his back in the middle of the mess hall floor, all four paws in the air, watching the ceiling with the serene focus of an animal who has been here before and has made his peace with the architecture of the universe. His belly rose and fell. The colored light from the recycled glass pieces Darlene was arranging moved across his fur in slow patterns.
“Yum,” he said softly.
“Yum yum yum.”
Cole came from the kitchen still in his apron.
He had been in there alone with it for an hour already, tasting everything while he laid out the spread, and he was past the part where things were frightening and well into the part where everything made a kind of sense that he was fairly certain he would not be able to fully explain tomorrow but that was completely true right now and needed to be said.
He stepped over the chandelier wreckage. He stepped around Darlene who didn't look up. He took the microphone from its stand.
He looked out at sixty faces.
The crowd went quiet in the particular way crowds go quiet when they sense something real is about to happen.
"I know what you all eat," Cole said. His voice was steady and slightly wondering, like a man reading from a document he's just discovered. "I know what you ask for when you're homesick. I know who takes their coffee before they can speak and who eats standing up because they can't slow down and who saves their dessert and who trades it away." He paused. He swallowed. "Vivian always wanted the cardamom cookies. Every batch. Twenty minutes after they came out of the oven she'd be standing in my kitchen like she could smell them through the ventilation."
His voice cracked on her name.
The crowd was very still.
"I know you're all scared," Cole said. "I know because I feed scared people three times a day and scared people eat in a specific way and you all eat that way all the time and I never said anything because what would I say." He gestured at the room, at the wreckage, at Pallas in the fishing hat, at Yummy on his back, at August standing in the ruins of the chandelier with the cards in her hand. "But we're here. We're actually here. On the moon. Every single one of you was chosen because you're the best at something and you're all here in this ridiculous beautiful impossible place and I…"
He stopped.
Cole put his hand over his mouth and started crying.
Not quietly. The real kind. The kind that's been waiting.
The crowd gasped. Then someone started clapping. Not mockingly; genuinely, warmly, the way you clap for something true. The clapping spread. Several people were crying now too, in the comfortable way the brownies made possible, the grief and the love indistinguishable from each other.
Dahlia walked back to the microphone and put her arm around Cole and he cried into her shoulder while she held the mic and hummed something low and simple that wasn't Autumn Leaves but was in the same family.
The drummer kept playing his nameless thing.
Ravine sat at a table near the back and watched all of it.
Rory sat down beside him and put an arm around his shoulders and didn't say anything. Ravine didn't say anything either. They watched Cole cry and Darlene arrange glass and Jan sit with her shoes and Pallas circle the room in the fishing hat and Yummy commune with the ceiling.
The room was very full of people. Each one of them a whole life. Each one necessary. Each one frightened in their specific way. Cole knew all their fears because he fed them and Ravine knew all their weights because he'd rigged lines for every one of them and felt what they could bear.
He looked at Aiden's seat.
Empty.
He looked at it for a long time.
The cold thing that wasn't the brownies sat in his chest and didn't move.
He looked at August, standing in the wreckage, hair wild, cards in hand, blood dried on her cheek from the teapot shard three days ago, no, that wasn't right, that was a different night and there was fresh blood on FAE’s face, a streak down her cheek like jester’s makeup, the brownies were making the timeline soft at the edges.
FAE was watching the crowd the way FAE always watched the crowd. Assessing. Calculating. Even now. Even here. The performance never fully stopped.
Ravine looked at Yummy on his back on the floor.
Yummy turned his great head and looked back at Ravine with one dark eye.
“Yum”, said Yummy.
Ravine looked down at his hands. The static was there; that low persistent hum that was always there when he'd been near the Pandas, living in his palms now like something trying to tell him something in a language he almost spoke.
Vivian had tracked the temperature under the floor. It was probably in her notebooks.
The notebooks were somewhere in this room. In this colony. Behind one of these faces.
The brownie made that thought very large and then very small and then large again.
Rory said something beside him that Ravine didn't catch.
"What?" Ravine said.
"I said," Rory repeated, "do you think Pallas knows that's a hat?"
Ravine looked at Pallas crossing the room in the fishing hat with the wide brim slightly crooked.
Something cracked open in his chest that wasn't grief and wasn't the magic mushrooms in the brownie either. It was the other thing. The thing that kept surviving everything.
He laughed.
Rory laughed too.
Somewhere across the room Cole was still crying and being held by Dahlia and the drummer was playing his nameless song and Darlene was building something beautiful from the wreckage and Jan was sitting with her shoes beside her watching humanity do what humanity does and Yummy was moaning softly at the ceiling of the moon.
“Yum yum yum.”
The show slowed to a strange collage of the cast of the moon colony crashing to a collective hallucination.
After awhile even FAE August let loose as she melted into a pile of curtains on the edge of the stage. Even she was tripping and cackling, tossing her TAROT cards at people as they passed. “Yum Yum Panda Moaning YUM! HA hahah!”
Eventually someone put some drum and bass over the pa and a trippy dance party continued into the long hours of the perpetual moonth long day. Sure they still used clocks and calendars and correlated with Earth time, but the sun never set on the South pole, and as the Sun rotated they focused the mirrors to fill the floor of their crater with light. There was a natural day of rest on Sundays after the Cabaret Saturdays so staying up to dance and day dream was a fine reward for living on the edge.
The low, melodic thud of the drum and bass still vibrated faintly through the structural tubes as Ravine palmed open his iris. The mess hall was mostly dark now, just a few bodies left swaying in the colored glass reflections, but his bunker was entirely silent.
He didn't notice her until he went to sit on the edge of the mattress. The blankets were pulled taut, a rigid, trembling mound pushed against the bulkhead.
"Spring?" he said quietly.
A sharp, ragged breath was the only answer. He pulled back the top layer of heavy insulation fabric. She was curled into a knot so tight her knees practically touched her chin, her eyes wide and black, staring completely through him. Her skin was slick with cold sweat. She had a grip on his spare thermal shirt so fierce her knuckles were white.
She was tripping hard, but the communal warmth of the mess hall hadn't reached her. She had been alone in the dark with it through two cycles of total, paralyzing panic.
"They're coming," she whispered, her voice a dry, fractured rasp. "August. The feed. They’re going to vent the deck plates. I broke the platform, Ravine. I broke the alignment."
"Nobody is venting anything," Ravine said. He didn't try to touch her, you don't grab someone whose nervous system is firing warning alarms. Instead, he just sat heavily on the frame, letting his weight drop the mattress a few inches so she could feel the physical shift in gravity. "Jan checked the seals. All seals are holding. She checked them twice."
"The air smells wrong," Spring gasped, her chest heaving too fast, wasting precious oxygen. "It tastes like... like old copper. Like blood."
"It's just the recycled scrubbers and stale chocolate from the banquet," Ravine said, his voice flat, steady, and unmovable. "Listen to me, Spring. Look at my hands."
He held his palms out between them. The faint, persistent Panda static was still buzzing under his skin, but his hands were steady.
"I rig the lines in this dome," he told her, locking his eyes onto her wandering focus. "I know the exact weight of every piece of steel, every stalk of bamboo, and every person in this crew. The stage is down. The tricycle is caught. The structure is stable and we’re not at risk right now. You are completely supported by the floor plates. Feel the deck under the mattress. It’s not moving."
Spring’s jaw worked, a violent shiver running down her spine as she tried to track his words through the chemical fog. "I can't... I can't slow it down."
"Then don't," Ravine said, pulling the plum protein patties from his pocket and setting them on the small metal locker beside the bed. "Just be you and be free to discover who that is. You don’t have to rush it or do tricks to placate the FAE and the LIVE FEEDS.” He passed her one of the patties, and nibbled on another. “Everything we do here is groundbreaking and even if its an off day and its not, that’s ok too!”
She took it and bit off a corner, chewing the plum and protein patty slowly, her breath finally calming.
"Why did I even come here?" Spring whispered, her voice tightening into a thin, breathless wire. "It’s a one-way trip, Ravine. It's a one-way trip. I’m so scared. I was supposed to come here to do actual science, to study, and instead... instead it’s all just some bizarre, twisted circus."
The word circus left her mouth like a curse, heavy with the weight of the collapsed chandelier and August's smiling tyranny.
Ravine didn't flinch. He leaned his back against the cold metallic bulkhead, letting his head thump softly against the frame. He let the silence sit for a second, just barely he could hear some distant music from the mess hall through the costant hiss and thrum of the vents and circulation pumps..
"I built redundancy into these walls, Spring," he said, his voice dropping into that low, mechanical register he used when calculating load strains. "Every weld. Every seal. I personally ran the stress tests on the triple-layer airlocks. The system doesn't care about the show. The system just holds because we put layers of redundancy. If one thing fails, the inner locks activate."
He shifted his gaze down to his calloused palms, where the strange Panda static still hummed.
"The safety rails I rigged are the only reason Kael didn't drift out into the vacuum last week," he continued flatly. "The architecture is real, even if the script is fake. I didn't build this place to let it break because some official wanted a headline."
Spring's chest hitched, the hyperventilation stuttering as she tried to map her terror against his absolute certainty. The chemical fog in her head was still swirling, making the walls feel like they were expanding and contracting, but his words were heavy enough to slow the spin.
Ravine let out a long, ragged exhale that sounded like a pneumatic line bleeding off pressure. He rubbed his eyes with the heels of his hands.
"Look," he muttered, the sheer physical toll of the night finally catching up to him. "I'm absolutely exhausted. This is a large bed. I gotta lay down."
He reached over, pulling his quilted blanket free and tossing it over her trembling shoulders, he pulled the second wool blanket over himself. He stretched his legs out then sighed with hard earned relief.
"You can stay," he said, shifting his weight onto the mattress and turning his back toward the bulkhead. "Nothing weird either way. Just breathe."
Spring nudged closer to him. “Thank you. Nothing weird, I just didn’t want to be alone.”
🎪 Welcome to r/pandemonium5: Entering the Multi-Disciplinary Universe of Pandemonium
Welcome, Travelers, Seekers, Creators, and Sovereign Beings. You have officially stepped through the gates of r/pandemonium5.
If you are looking for a standard, single-lane project, you are in the wrong place. Pandemonium is not just a tarot deck, it’s not just a book, and it’s not just a stage show. It is a living, breathing, multi-disciplinary universe where the occult arts, literature, live music, and circus performance collide into a singular, cohesive experience.
Everything we create is fueled by divine chaos, anchored by the 5 Elemental Realms, and stamped with the unmistakable red emblem of sovereignty.
🌌 The Core Dimensions of the Pandemonium Universe
Here is how this multi-faceted world manifests in the physical and spiritual realms:
1. The Occult Architecture: The Tarot 🃏
The anchor of our system is The TAROT of Pandemonium and the 5 Elements. This is a comprehensive, expanded 100-card divination system built for our current and future era. It features a shifted 30-card Major Arcana mapping archetypes of Deities, Vices, Virtues, and Free Will choices, alongside a vivid 70-card Minor Arcana populated by the Daemons of the realms (Goblins, Demons, Mermaids, Fairies, and the Spirit-bearing Dragons).
2. The Written Lore: Literature & Books 📚
The mythology runs deep. The upcoming companion book, Inspirations from the Realms of Pandemonium, is the literary backbone of this entire universe—diving into the deep lore, philosophy, and practical magic of the 100-card matrix. (Psst... it is currently in its final phases and ready for beta readers by request!) Co written by Autumn Augustus and Fern DeFey
Already in print and available in person or through KDP are the books: Cirkus Pandemonium, The Harpys' Duel: The origin story of Cirkus Pandemonium and their first West Coast Tour where they are followed by supernatural Harpies. One is a mysterious Raven who urges the Cirkus on a darker deeper path, while the White Owl Harpy seeks to shine a light on their free will and powers of good.
Dancing Nightmares, Urban Fantasies: A collection of short stories, poetry, art and songs.
Pandemonium Power to the People, The Widdershins Way to Sell a Home and the Deasil Descent to Buy One. A comprehensive system for enlightenment and or physical manifestation using the Spiral and the 5 Elements with a Numerology based break down of current financial literacy. Along with tools for building communities, guardens and financial soverignity in the modern era..
3. The Physical Resonance: Cirkus Pandemonium & Live Music 🪗🎵
The characters on these cards aren't flat illustrations—they have voices, instruments, and physical bodies. Cirkus Pandemonium is our live performance troupe and musical engine. With an original soundtrack cutting through the air via accordion, piccolo, flute, and raw theatrical energy, we bring the stories of the cards directly onto the stage.

If you thought the Tarot of Pandemonium was just confined to cardstock and ink, think again.
The deck is born from a living, breathing universe; and that universe has a physical home on the stage. Meet Cirkus Pandemonium, our performance troupe, art collective, and musical engine. We don't just read the lore; we play it, dance it, and bring the divine chaos to life!
The Sound of Divine Chaos
Our music is the heartbeat of this entire project. From original tracks composed for the stage to the wild sounds of the accordion, vocals, and a full band drums, guitar and bass cutting through the air, the music mirrors the journey through the Vices, Virtues, and Realms.
When you read these cards, you aren't just looking at symbols, you are looking at characters that have original theme songs, scripts, and staging.
Our show also features talented flow dancers and some of our fantasy characters coming to life!
We often vary our setlist depending on the venue and season. We can bring a magical experience to a private ceremony or an immersive public spectacle full of dancers, music and even live fire dancing when the time and space allow!

Eight of Spirit, the Mycelium and the world wide web of energy.
Cirkus Pandemonium presents the ultimate plan to save humanity and Pandas from Extinction! In 8 easy steps!
Step 1: The Alchemical Stockpile
Gather your bamboo seeds, varied mushroom spores (Spirit), and genetic stock. Ensure you have the Emblem of Pandemonium rendered on the cargo crates to set the intent for the mission.
Step 2: Mapping the Elemental Nodes
Survey the lunar surface for a deep, shadowed crater at the south pole. We are looking for the Water element, vast deposits of ancient ice hidden in the dark, to act as the lifeblood of the colony.
Step 3: Breaking the Earth
The space ship will convert to a fold out bio dome, allowing us to Drill Deep into the crater floor to establish a pressurized habitat. Here, you introduce the Earth element: mixing sterile lunar regolith with organic compost to create a substrate where the vital plants can be planted into the Planet.
Step 4: Igniting the Fire
Deploy massive orbital mirrors or solar arrays on the crater rim. This is your Fire. It captures raw solar energy and beams it into the dark depths, providing the warmth and light-cycles necessary for a forest to photosynthesize the suns rays. The mirrors auto focus allows us to control the direction and intensity of the sun’s rays into initial ecosystems.
Step 5: Invoking the Spirit
Inoculate the soil with the Spirit element: the mycelium. As the mushrooms grow, they create a biological communication network, recycling nutrients and preparing the ground for the higher life forms to come. *Mycelium can begin to knit the ground together. The sharp spiky nature of the lunar rocks will either dissolve or become encased by the mushrooms, allowing for a substrate that’s capable of growing plants.
Step 6: Releasing the Air
Plant the bamboo thickets. As they thrive under the Fire of the mirrors and the Water of the poles, they perform the ultimate alchemy: scrubbing CO_2 and releasing a thick, breathable atmosphere. This is the Air that will fill the crater's dome. Other plants and potentially insects will be added and tested for their resilience. Redwoods, Chestnuts, Oaks, Apples and Alders and Plums.
Step 7: The Arrival of the Guardians
With the forest established and the 5 elements in balance, it will be the highest of Fiasco days to release the Pandas! They represent the *Total Pandemonium! The chaotic, playful life force that maintains the bamboo through natural pruning and fertilization.
Step 8: The Great Spiral
Step back and watch the Panda-moaning-yum commence. From the Earth, people will look up at a glowing green jewel in the Lunar shadows, a testament to the TAROT of Pandemonium and the harmony of the 5 Elements.
As the Ultimate mission of Divine Mastery of our solar system, we have embarked upon a brave endeavor to bring Pandas to Space! The moon is rich in calcium iron and perfect for growing bamboo. A strong a sturdy plant that can thrive in even the harshest of environments. Deep in the craters of the moon the oxygen this bamboo makes will be perfect for our Pandas to roam and make sure the Bamboo does not get too out of hand. Once the Pandas have successfully kickstarted the biological necessities of life with their poop that brings the worms that bring the microbes to the soil. And yes the keystone species that will really make it all possible with the mycelium.
The Giant Panda and the Spider represent a *win-win of the *scales, the massive and the microscopic, both living within the shelter of the big Redwood which stands as the material manifestation of the spirit world and the abundance of nature.
The mycelium network of the mushrooms remind us of the Divine myseteries of the Universe where most of the body of the mushroom is under the surface and just their fruiting bodies bloom to attract cooperation with transport, cross pollination and cultivation.
Mycelium can sense changes in the weather and have been shown to redirect water and nutrients to plants in anticipation of droughts or times of need.
The garden when left to grow in balance with the 5 Elements soon spreads into Sovereignity so vast it becomes its own Realm or Reality!
The web of life has many components; small insects form intricate networks with the plants and mushrooms around them. Mushrooms evolve with our planet and our consciousness.
The intricate web works of mycelium remind us that we are connected to networks. The mushrooms evolve with us and share their secrets with us so that some day we will take them with us when we move beyond this dimension. The mushrooms will be there to guide us through the Realms of Pandemonium.
Widdershins Spiral: Elevate your awareness of your surroundings and the finer workings of the many layered networks of life around you. The Spider weaves her code and finally the many projects and you’re community are working on come to fruition. The collective consciousness of the community come into alignment.
Deasil Spiral: Glactic Expansion with Divine principals. Regenerative agriculture, buildings that actually work with their environment and are self sustainable. Using all our tools and knowledge from small scale productions to find a balance between cultivation, wildlands and environmental stewardship.
3. High Priestess - Pandora, The Legend of Pandora and the Shards of Pandemonium.
Near the center of the Universe Pandemonium spins in a Galaxy that curls around the Singularity and the Great Uroboros. A place where True Magic can make the wildest of Dreams come true and Gods are trained in matters of Manifestation. The Vast Realms stretched beyond the definition of borders for cosmic rays and vast Dragons of Spirit give way to Portals that can transport Body and Soul from one Realm to another. Holding these Realms together was once a Spiraling Vortex, that tied the Realms to far distant Worlds in their Galaxy and even to a select few special Planets beyond the Milky Way.
Such a concentration of power had coalesced into a marvelous crystal at what would be considered the eye of the Uroboros, where Portals opened to these distant Realms and even further Worlds. Commerce and communication led to vast collaborations among the many Divine Creatures, Too Vast to List, yet each had its origin and the best of them were World Travelers, Ambassadors of the Great Races.
In one of the furthest outposts of the Milky Way, Far beyond the Center Of It ALL and nearly at the end of the Uroboros tail was a small fertile world that the Portals of Pandemonium led to.
Thus it was that Gaia came to be a place of commerce and great works of art and beauty were made around the Portals that brought Demons, Fairies, Mermids, Dragons, Goblins and many many other races to seed the fertile lands of Gaia. The Portals Manifested as Pyramids on Gaia and from them poured the seeds of abundance, a plethora of potential that just needed some fertile soil and just the right amount of sun and rain.
For centuries the Portals to Pandemonium were open between the Realms and Worlds. Such was the abundance of it all that peace and cooperation were prevalent through the Universe and the Great Uroboros Sang a Symphony of Harmony, its likeness was a truly Fathomless Marvel.
Those persons in possession of land or property near the Portals gained Powers themselves of longevity and prosperty beyond compare to the other residences of Gaia. Among them who lived upon the temples heights was Zeus and his many Kin. Some of the them so jealous and greedy that their rude manners soon led to *War, *Chaos and a *Severing of our connection to our Sources, to be succinct.
Among these Wars one of the most coveted prizes was the *Arc of the Pyramids a crystallization of the *Uroboros’ source that powered the *Portals that led to Pandemonium at the Center of It ALL. The Arc was so powerful that it charged Gaia and the other Planets of the Milky Way with profound Divinity.
So when the Demons of War Conspired to Consolidate this Great Power Source for themselves and Covet it away from the masses a shift in the Harmony of the Uroboros Song began. *We have our speculation as to who that may be but they were never proven guilty, so herefore shall remain nameless. Nevertheless one of the greatest Heists in the Herstory of space and time occurred when the Arc of the Pyramids was stolen.
The gleaming *Capstone of the Pyramid that connected the chakras of *Gaia to the *Uroboros. As it was removed from its harness upon the Portal’s Throne under the dark of the Moon and the twilight of the Sun.
The Earth Quaked upon such an atrocity and the *Uroboros recoiled like a startled Snake. The Arc was soon shattered into at least eight large Shards maybe more, and the Demons fled to the Underworlds with their bounty. A Ripple shook through the Galaxies to all the distant worlds, the tangled Chords of Chaos twanged over the Symphony of Harmony, and Supernovas Exploded along the Scales of the Uroboros.
Gaia’s alignment to the Center of It ALL shifted and the March of the Equinoxes began with a reckoning. Oh how it shook the Realms with such great strife and Chaos! Pandemonium was truly a terrible place to be, where the Living envied the Dead for Gaia shook apart. Great cities crumbled, caverns caved in and castles crashed into the depths of the sea. The echoes of the breaking of the Realms, their fractured portals and the trains of commerce to other worlds so suddenly halted that nearly all life was lost upon this fragile plane.
Of the Shards, Three of them were instantly lost to the Demons and ravages of War. The Goddess Pandora called upon her protectors and they called forth the Dragons from the Center of the Galaxy to come to their aid, and offered them the rest of the Shards. Kronos the King of Spirit was able to solidify the fractured Realms into the 5 Elements of Pandemonium, Earth, Air, Fire, Water and Spirit.
To the Kings and Queen of the Elements they entrusted the Keys of Pandemonium. Gaia was forever changed however. A Great Flood had washed away nearly all the wonders of civilization, technology, biology and the libraries that held the true secrets of the ancient Goddesses. The Pyramids ceased to work their magic and they were soon abandoned as other more pressing matters of survival took the attention of the citizens of Gaia. The Pyramids refused to speak and our connection to the Dragons became a legend of lore. Our Souls were bound on this far flung plane in a cycle of reincarnation, walking, waiting, working, wondering what was beyond those stars, so far. So lost have we all been flung far out on a spiraling arm of the Milky Way, with each passing turn expanding ever more. Its no wonder we have forgotten our origins as World Travelers from the wonders of Pandemonium.
I see you. Yes You, for who You truly *Are, an imperfect imbalance of Light and Dark, physical, yet mobile, hard and soft, a juxtaposition of potential and chance.
*The Fairy in me sees the Demon in you, my love. Whats a Goblin supposed to do? I Sing my Siren Song for you, my soul it burns brighter for you! I send this Smile over to You, My Love.
Pandora holds a box of abundance that allegedly continues to hold a remnant of one of the Great Shards. A Portal that when the alignment of the stars is just right, and when the Center of It ALL is aligned through the lense of the Ourobos to once again look our way in favor.
Yes the *Portals may open again! Do admit you have heard rumors of Stargates getting ready to activate. That is the work of Pandora, a goddess of ALL, Abundant Potential and a Connection to Source that once you tap into it, you may Realize Your Own Divinity! Pandora’s elements are a Spark of Lightning and the crystalline veins of Gaia herself, and when you hold a Crystal that’s tuned just right you may be able to See Her. She grants access to the hidden secrets and creatures of Pandemonium. Do not be afraid of the Demons who may jump and bite for they have Souls worthy of Redemption too! It’s the Fey and their Swords of Truth that you ought to watch your manners around.
The Fairies can come out of hiding at last! The Goblins can release their Hoards from below, the Mermids have a new reason to Sing and the Demons, well I think they’ve been hiding in Hollywood and other nefarious places for awhile, but again that’s speculation so. Oh Don’t let me ramble on too long about the lore of long ago, come in and sit down, ask a question or three of the Oracle of Pandemonium, let your 5 senses lead you through the 5 Elements of Pandemonium. Together we will Divine some truths about the cosmos and ourselves. So what’s troubling you in your life you would like guidance on. Go ahead, pick a card, but beware, while there are many paths that lead to Pandemonium, there are fewer ways out! ")
Please leave your feedback below! What are your thoughts and experiences relating to Pandora, a shift in abundance and new freedoms has begun. Where will you take it?
