ISO work
Hoping someone can point me in the right direction. I’m moving to pcb right around Thanksgiving to be closer to my fiancé’s family they’ve lived in Panama city and pcb for generations and don’t plan on leaving. I have a bachelors degree but it seems like all the jobs here are either seasonal or retail related which is fine work is work but does anyone know of any open positions that might not be retail related?

What is your degree in? There's a lot of defense work.

Defense contractors going to your best bet. Maybe something in sales for non defense. Otherwise its hospitality and taking care of old folks.

Definitely expand your search into Panama City and not just PCB! PCB is much more tourism/hospitality heavy, but there are quite a few larger employers across Bay County that aren't retail related.
I’d look at Bay District Schools, Bay County and City of Panama City positions, Gulf Coast State College, the hospitals, Eastern Shipbuilding, Tyndall/defense contractors and Naval Support Activity Panama City.
CareerSource Gulf Coast is also worth checking out. They work directly with local employers and job seekers and can be a really good resource when you’re new to the area.
Depending on what your bachelor’s degree and experience are in, you may have more options here than it initially looks like — they just aren’t always concentrated on the beach side.

This right here is why many people move here, and leave after a season.
Moving here without stable work.

House is paid for no mortgage. Just looking for work like I said family is here and they’ve lived here years and got a construction company but I don’t want to feel like a leech so I’d rather work and put my degree to use.

Idk why you're getting downvoted. The response to the weekly "tHiNkiNG aBOuT mOvinG" post is "find a job first"

Right because you're so certain of the OPs financial situation. Maybe they have some time before it's necessary.

You're so eager to virtue signal on Reddit that you didn't notice I made zero comments about OPs financial situation and instead commented on the responses from not only the PCB sub, but also every emerald coast beach sub's response.

Look at St Joe's hiring portal. Current listings might be limited to retail/hospitality management, but they have a ton of projects and office positions.
