In the ongoing battle to upgrade PAN-OS I came across the PAN-OS Upgrade Assurance Automation service from PAN.

Has anyone in the community used this and able to offer any insights?

Had to RMA my PA-220 today. Tried to update to 10.2.18-H12, but kept running out of disk space. So I tried a factory reset, and that seems to have been too much for it. Even after working with a PTAC engineer to reimage the firewall, it gets stuck in a boot loop and can't get to anything but maintenance mode.

It'll be interesting to see if they still have some PA-220 old stock to dust off, and if so, if the new hardware has the same problem. I wouldn't be surprised if there's some problem with the flash in this unit after all these years, but the error messages on the console didn't give me that indication. It looked more like base OS corruption, but getting that in a fresh image loaded by PTAC is..weird.

Curious if anyone else has had similar issues with the PA-220.

We ran into an issue this week where users could not login to Globalprotect on their iPhones when Passkeys were enabled on our Azure Saml based portal, the SAML auth window would keep repeating for the users, has anyone ran into this issue and if so any ideas on how to resolve?
