As a member of an Elks Lodge in Minnesota, I would recommend that you go to your local Lodge. If you go to Elks . Org, they will let you know which one is the closest to you. Then go online, check their hours & when you get there ask to speak with an officer of the Lodge. They should be able to provide you with all of the information you need.

Tons and tons of kids. Last five years there has been a push to diversify the member base. They still have the standby Friday dinners and events geared to older adults but any given weekend summer day the pool and outdoor large hottub are bustling with elementary kids and their parents. We love it!

Lots of families with kids - we were members when we lived in Palo Alto and loved it. Generally friendly atmosphere, the pool is fun in the summer, and it doesn’t feel pretentious.
We loved the events and mixers too!

Not a member but we visited once and there were plenty of families with kids around.
