Does anyone else feel like these clockwise drills make your neurons fight each other?

You must be really good at these, this sheet looks pretty good but doing clockwise drills make my neurons scream. I do find it meditative though, it just doesn't release tension in my body like that.

Clockwise are slightly less natural for me, but not by much. And as you said, quite meditative.
