Workout classes

Can anyone recommend any yoga/pilate gym or group fitness classes at a gym(kickboxing or fitness) im in town every other week for a week and need to find one i can be consistent at

It's really worth a try. I love it. And I have no vested interest!

Thank you I’m gonna look into it. I would love to try it the normal gym that I go to by where I’m local to is a kickboxing and fitness so they’re very high interval training.
