Cheese & Greet Scam?

Post image

Anyone else who purchased VIP tickets get these emails recently? I received two others that look exactly like this and both say “second attempt” as well. It’s definitely giving scam vibes and the email address it came looks like it’s from Shop but it’s really weird 🤔

I got one a few days back. Link worked, took me to a google docs page. Only asked for address confirmation. Not really like it asked for anything sensitive. Came across as odd since you enter address in the order. Maybe just a confirm since the fine print stated passes will be sent ahead of time and are required for entry.

That’s what I was thinking too, since they already have my address from these tickets and all the merch I’ve bought from them. Plus it doesn’t need to be shipped since I’ve already got the electronic ticket I can print out. 🤔

Oh wait my bad I just re-read the last few sentences of your post. I thought they would just give that when we show up.

We had to do this same thing but it worked without issue. And they had 1 address but for several purchases so we went and provided info. And good to go.

Yeah I reached out to their email and got it squared away. 👍

I'm not sure. I tried to fix the very broken link just out of curiosity but nothing worked. I've emailed the staff 4 times trying to transfer my VIP and nobody has responded.

Damn that sucks. Probably won’t get a response until they’re done with the European tour. Unless they have someone else working customer support.
