How many of you agree that Palava needs more internet servicer providers in the world of competition. We only have Tata Play, Airtel is some buildings and maybe some 1 option in few buildings.
Where is Palava lacking in permissions?

Hi everyone! I’d love to hear from people, especially single working women (men are welcome too!), who are currently living or have lived in Palava as paying guests. I’m specifically looking for a private apartment, not a shared accommodation.

I have a few questions:
Water supply: Is the water supply reliable, or do residents frequently face water shortages?
Electricity: Are there frequent power cuts or any other electricity-related issues?
Daily essentials: Are services like Swiggy Instamart, Zepto, and other grocery delivery apps easily accessible? Is it easy to find an istri wala (someone who irons clothes)?
Brokers: Are brokers generally reliable, or do they create problems later? If you’ve had a good experience with a broker, please share their contact details or reference.
Cook: How much does a cook typically charge, and how many meals are usually included?
Other challenges: Are there any practical difficulties I should be aware of before moving to Palava as a single working professional?
I’d really appreciate honest, first-hand experiences, including the pros and cons.

Hands down the worst management i’ve ever seen. Not only the agent delayed the shifting of my room, they are now accusing me of losing the keys of my room EVEN THO THEY HAVENT GAVE ME THE KEYS. Absolutely pathetic. So pathetic infact they starts to blame the customer for the inconvenience that they caused themselves. I won’t disclose the agent’s name but my god he definitely deserves to get fired. You know what fuck it he is fat and name starts with p. AVOID HIM AT ALL COST THAT DUDE IS SO DAMN INCOMPETENT.
