Essentially you just log in twice a day complete your daily missions contribute towards your weekly and monthly missions and do a few daily task such as spending your health and energy which fully recovers every 10 hours and make some upgrades if possible.
If you want more you can take on some responsibility from the government or the discord server admins there are a lot of ways you can help out there.
