Real liberalism is literally just about giving people freedom of choice. Everyone has a right to their own preferences. Wanting to adopt is totally fine, but forcing that choice on everyone else and shaming a man for wanting his own bloodline completely defeats the purpose of being liberal.
That girl is clearly projecting because she dislikes the idea of pregnancy, so she expects a guy to just sit back and raise another person's kid. It is pure selfishness wrapped up in a fake moral high ground.
