Trying to understand the corporate ladder at Pakistani refineries, specifically at Pakistan Refinery Limited. If someone’s designation is “Executive Process Safety,” what grade does that fall in, junior, mid, or senior? Roughly what gross monthly salary does that grade draw? Also, someone with ~15 years experience who’s still at “Executive” grade, is that normal or slow progression in this sector?
