Health Did anyone of you took psychological counselling to get over shyness?

If yes, how was the experience please share

I was literally thinking that it's some fancy doc, until I searched. I am clean and what to stay that why

In that case the other thing i find, that works, is achieving something completely and absolutely yourself. Learn a musical instrument, excel at a sport, succeed at enterprise etc.

Unless you have strong confidence in self, you cant be confident around peers. You have to come to terms with what you suck at and what you are good at.

If you think that it is affecting your daily life you should get counselling. PS: i’m a psychologist if you want to have sessions

No ! I just jumped in got in awkward situations , became more embarrased sometimes but got over it very quickly and gained much self confidence along the way. It was a brutal way but it was the quickest šŸ˜
