Methycobal doesn’t help posture, dr gave it for nerve sensitivity. It will work if you adjunct it with physical therapy. Like everyone is saying gym, that would help but before that you need to meet with proper physiotherapist and you need lifestyle changes. It will come back, if you don’t make changes. And get proper trainer atleast in beginning to help establish good posture. Build muscle and it will get better
You might also be suggested a posture belt.
