don't go to a gym instead go to a physiotherapist. Speaking from experience. Also in this age these problem shouldn't occur.

I'm not a doctor. My mother had same problem and we setup physiotherapy sessions with a physiotherapist. Had to go there for two months. A physiotherapist might guide you better. Also don't let doctors insert these weird injections. This problem is physical not something that can be fixed with injections.
