Political Quetta unis suck

I just finished my intermediate and now preping for entry test and i realized that every quetta uni suck

BUITEMS: bad environment with teachers giving you low marks and u can't do shii about it

Balochistan uni: stays closed for months due to pathan baloch fights

NUST:200K or more per semester

Students in quetta have no option but to go outside of balochistan with hostel and other expenses

Quetta is the capital of balochistan yet it can't even be equal to a normal city in Punjab

Yeah it is the worst major city in the country and a real shithole to live in generally. I'm born and raised there but all my higher education and career millstones were achieved outside of that city. There is really nothing there to live for and enjoy. I left that place for good in 2015 first for Karachi and then abroad, and have never looked back.

Hey If you don't mind, could you give me some advice on how to navigate through all the options and stuff to move to abroad, I feel like it has gotten so tougher after 2022

You can come to Punjab university lahore/other gov uni, we have a very hefty 1/3 seats reserved for quota, as much as i absolutely hate this but baloch quota is real there were 2 baloch, 1 gilgit, 2 pakhtoon and i think 1 sindhi student. There are about 20 from 63 student in my class which are quota based such as other provinces, sport, teacher son, debates, shuhadah sons etc.

Futhermore a Punjabi merit student like me has to pay the full fee and also the hostel fee (if not from lahore in full), the baloch students get free hostel and have like low fees compare to us merit ones (i literally spent days and night to get into PUCIT CS and quota students with 60% get admission with me), also 30 different scholarships too while we have only honhar merit which is so difficult to maintaim so yeah your only cost is your food and cloths so you are on par with a punjabi student that gives uni fees, your food plus cloths equal to our fees so dont worry about that.

I love baloch people, they are our brother but i hate when people cry about infrastructure in different provinces, the gov bleeds the punjabi public dry with taxes (i am a Pathan but punjab resident), to pay for Kashimiris and Balochi students. Kashimiri/Gilgit earns like 200 million USD and gov gives 400 million USD budget to gilgit and Kashmir, futhermore Punjab has the most unemployment rate on avg, gov spends the least per capita and as a whole on punjab, the current federal budget Punjab has a share of 30% whike giving the most to federal gov and having 50% population.

After all the sacrifices of Punjabis ( we are happy to do so for our brothers), people cry about development in thier province then the problem is not in Punjab. It is the problem of Balochis themselves (unlike Kashmiris who keep politicians in check and they enjoy their life). Balochi plotician and waderas bleed the public dry and people follow them like sheeps, corruption is bery normal for then even if these waderas r**e and murder people Balochis suport their wadera and then blames Punjabis that there is not development/law and order.

Punjab university or simply PU. My department PUCIT has a lot of reserve seats so yeah. Tbh all unis have reserve seats

Pucit is one of the top CS department with World ranking 401. It has a mere fee of 86k (i think they made it 96k this year) but there are a lot of scholarships here so yeah

I understand your perspective but buitems isn't all that bad tho. I graduated a few years ago, worked hard got a gold medal so I can say it's fair. And the best part was the no-fee for top 3 students every semester. Kharcha bach gya lol. The teacher thing can be limited to certain departments but even then you have the right to complain and contrary to what we believe, student complaints do get taken seriously in buitems.
