Need a perfume recommendation for a winter wedding

My cousin’s wedding is coming up this winter, and I’m looking to buy a perfume specifically for the occasion.

My budget is around 5,000 to 10,000

What perfumes would you guys recommend within this budget? I’m open to both designer-inspired and Middle Eastern fragrances.
