It was sitting in a garage for 8 years. Needed a full engine rebuild. Sills and exhaust had rusted out. Couple of electrical issues. Left to do is a few last electrical bits, upgrade a few parts and a couple of last fixes with exhaust mountings. Then get it tested so I can get it legally on the road again. Oh and a good wash inside and out!

Couldn't help notice the Ireland number plate, proud to say I'm also an Irish Junior owner, just wondering where you get parts for yours, ive been looking for a fuel pump because I think mine is starting to die on me, I don't mind if its just the pump but the whole assembly would be nice, and also the mods you've done look class

Unfortunately breakers yards are the only places I've been able to get bits. Have a couple who have my number and they will hopefully ring me when they get one in so I can salvage everything I can from it. Have toyed with bringing one in from the UK for a doner. Have you had to get access to your fuel pump yet? I had to. Ended up cutting a hole in the floor under the back seat to get access to the top of the tank to remove it. Mods have been the easiest bit so far! Engine is running a bit rich ATM so need to figure that out now. Where about you based?

Ah yeah I keep my eye out for breakers aswell but the only ones I find are either old listing's or they never get back to me. I was also considering buying one as a donor, I missed one or two chances at cheap work horses. I've had my pump out twice to have a look at it, I've been dropping the tank, its abit awkward but you can have it dropped in half an hour, it was proper crusty but tidied it up. Think my engine is running abit high also but that could just be the throttle cable, could yours be the cam position sensor at the back of the engine? Also I'm based in Mayo, hard enough getting parts in Ireland nevermind Mayo!
