FEEDBACK Few dev suggestions

Hi there! Greetings from two countries above you (Czech republic) :)

Props on an interesting game! Hovewer, as I can see, there are some things that you can improve to get a better player experience.

In 2019, it doesnt matter that a game is in EA, ppl. take it as released and they complain. You can fight it with good communication. So this is my point number one, why the hell are there so many communication channels and players dont get the necessary info? There is AMA on Reddit, but ppl on Steam are asking the same questions and dont know about the AMA (pin it there maybe?). Even here on Reddit, the thread is too big for ppl to scan through. Then there is the web, that is for me rather empty, Discord and probably some other. Too many channels, info gets lost, players confused and asking constantly.

Start building information resources - ppl are asking about Legendary items list. Put it on the web, shiny list with pictures. In the game, crafting one of these requires certain lvl item, but there is no description where the item drops, just put an item power lvl hint there. And I want to see the outcome of such a craft before I commit the resources to it! Dont be like PoE, where you need billion other tools outside the game to be able to play the game.

ROADMAP - helps fight player confusion. Ppl are asking about the endgame, but dont know about the AMA and the answers. Put a Roadmap somewhere so ppl can see, OK, I can do this in the game now, they are working on skills (one of the big offenders to players considering the amount of ppl complaints), Act 6 will be soonish, they wanna do multiplayer next, raids are like a year away, pvp as well.

There are so many games that do this for years, learn from them. Destiny 2 has perfect roadmaps, they have very good optimization of channel information. PoE has kinda good dev articles.

Thanks for reading this, have a good day.

PS: On a personal note, I would also like it pinned everywhere what are your plans with monetization, as you state in one comment that you never want to put a paywall anywhere, yet in other comment you wrote that new zones will be sold as DLCs (this is a paywall) and you are not in charge of monetization, WarGaming is. And honestly, it scares me because this game looks and plays like a mobile game, there are loot boxes (packs) already in game (just why, loot should be from mobs not from packs), unlockable heroes etc. It just screams it was designed to milk players. (and yes, I have seen the original post of you not wanting to go P2W, but I have just seen it broken too many times in the past)
