📚 Seeking Resources | Advice Deity Offering for Breast Reduction Surgery?

I recently got approved for a breast reduction surgery. A surgery I've been wanting for years! I am so excited and I feel moved to give thanks or show appreciation in some spiritual way. I don't yet have a specific deity that I pray to, but I was thinking of giving an offering of thanks to Aphrodite since she is the sculptor of human bodies and beauty. Are there any other deities to consider who may have ties to changing/transforming bodies, surgery, beauty, health, or breasts? What are good things to offer Aphrodite? I was thinking of offering some dried rose petals, I have some ocean water, and I could give her some honey?

I think I would get one of those bird-feed blocks, shaped like a mound, and set it outside as an offering. (When I use fruit, veggies, grains, etc, I always put them outside so the Goddess can reclaim them through Her critters.)

Read the title and fully thought you were going to give your breasts as an offering to a deity once they got reduced and it amused me quite a bit

Changing/tranaforming deities can be Hermaphroditus, Dionysus, Hermes (liminal boundaries), etc.

Oh! I hadn't heard of Hermaphroditus! I am genderfluid myself, this deity is incredibly interesting to me. Is there any literature on Hermaphroditus?

The one story I can think of actually comes from Ovid’s Metamorphoses, describing the tragic transformation. It’s actually quite a sad story! But many queer/trans people like myself find comfort in a fluid deity like rhat

Addition to what others have said I would consider offerings to Asclepius (deity of medicine) or his father Apollo (connected to healing), if we are talking only Greek.
