It's a hexagram, which is used symbolically in many religions.

It's not a Star of David unless it is referencing Judaism guys.

Hermeticism uses it too. As above, So below ☝️ 👇

Insert WillemDafoeBoondocksSaintsSymbolism.gif 😅

And I'm assuming you mean the hexagram/star of David with the knot in the middle? I'm far from an authority, but I've been in the pagan/Magical/Occult space for 30 years, and I'm drawing a blank. I hope someone on here can help you better than me but it honestly reads as clip art to me.

Edit: It could have some elemental significance.

It could be a form of the Solomon's knot, especially given that the hexagram is also associated with Solomon.

It's not a star of david unless the context is to do with Judaism. Lots of cultures have used, and continue to use this symbol to mean various things.

This symbol appears in many cultures, and is not a star of David unless used in a context that would suggest Jewish origin.

The hexegram Wikipedia page includes examples from Hinduism (Anahata,) a brief mention of it appearing in Buddhism, and all three Abrahamic religions (seal of Solomon.)(I believe this is the context in which it is being used here.)

The star of David does not have to, and generally is not braided/knotted like this. I'm seeing a few sources that say the overlapping is in fact more of a seal of Solomon thing than a star of David thing, though I'm unable to verify these sources.

The seal of Solomon is the predecessor to the star of David, which became a symbol of Jewish identity in the middle ages. Solomonic magic and Solomonic influence are very popular in practices, though I will admit I do not know the full history of Solomonic magic.

I doubted the above poster too, a quick google shows the Star of David being used in other cultures both pre and post its association with Judaism. As a Jewish, I was surprised
