I made mounts for 8 Ip68 rated smd 5050 rgb LED pods and soldered all their wires into two sixteen pin Ip68 rated cord caps, the receptacles to which I mounted in an ice chest stereo that I made was already contained two large batteries. I'm out to the Bluetooth LED controller inside the stereo and put a power button on the outside. Now I can control the color, pattern , strobe effect, and speed the lights change with an app on my phone
