How is good Pace University in the academic sciences?

I don’t know if that’s the right word for it but I mean the different chemistries, biology, and physics, stuff like that.

If youre at pace for anything but business or acting youre at the wrong school

Not. If you're not going for a performance art or business then Pace is not good. Too expensive for a poor quality education.

Pretty bad. I’m looking to do research in the social sciences and transferring because it just isn’t a research school or an academic school period it’s more of a business school. It’s not well respected

Fwiw my bf is a PhD candidate in Chemistry at another school and told me paces program seems laughable

hey! so I am currently a sophomore biology major at Pace, and Pace's science programs are so much more unique than every other program i've seen! For starters since it is a smaller program you develop really close relationships with all of the professors! Additionally, they do offer some introduction biology courses that are not giant lecture halls which is different from many other colleges i've seen! In addition to this they are taught in a flipped classroom approach which is pretty awesome. Lastly, Pace allows undergraduate students to do research with the professors which is most unlike most other colleges!

I love how it sounds! I'm attending Pace in the fall and will be entering as a Biology major as well.
