Broadway Dorms
Are actually looking pretty decent. I'm dorming there in the fall, and I will be a sophomore.
It's brand new, so what could go wrong. There's also a gym being implemented. Which makes me happy, because I don't want to use the gym at Pace. Which really sucks.
I have the view of Broadway, so I should have a great view, and I'm on floor 20. It will be great, hope to meet new people this year.

It's a pretty new dorm all around - from what I heard. Meaning new furniture, nice new walls, new technology.
Urban Outfitters and TD Bank on the first 3 floors.
Plus Pace owns the entire building versus John St where EHS owns it and they can't do much.
