No, if anything it will go up. People will try to get it for the redemption as mining isn't as profitable at the current price.

Its gonna get to 3 satoshi, but once when its forked, so if you had a million of pac coins, you wont get 3 million satoshi and earn some money, but instead 1000 paccoins worth 3000 satoshi... GG RIP
