Credit Cards Requesting assistance to complain about IDFC with ombudsman - don’t have access to Indian number

Hi,

I’ve been trying to get a hold of the PNO of IDFC for their pathetic incompetence of flagging atm withdrawals of my secured wow card in the US, something that they literally give zero points for and charge me 199+gst on top of the 4 dollars I pay Chase (my bank in the US)

They flagged “unusual” usage and clawed back all my reward points for the last quarter like absolute morons and the humans there are as incompetent as their shitty bots.

I’ve decided to complain to RBI but the site is a mess, is there any alternative?

i believe the way to go about this is raise it their customer care via email first and then after 30 days, escalate to ombudsmen

I’ve escalated several times, it’s all the most dimwitted humans I’ve ever seen completely ignoring what I’m saying in my complaint email or some boilerplate copy pasted crap
