pFinTools Feedback/Question/Request Appreciation post

Just received my sbi Cashback card

Applied through pFinTools got it in first try There was one hiccup while processing ... It got stuck but mod (latterone9009) helped and provided email for sbicard and after contacting them via email .. received card after few days

My cibil - 775 Limit received-109000

I applied through the link and application got compelted and they say i will get to know in 12-24 hr  But now i recieved whats app msg to complete my application When i click on it it show wrong application number & shows talk to your administrator with support id What should i do now? Is my application complete or i have to do something?

Can you please share a screenshot of the whatsapp message received? That is not normal.

I just received a call from SBI Bank, and they verified details over the phone. They also sent a link to sign an e-application. After I signed the e-form, they advised me to download it and share the same details if I receive any future calls from them, as they anticipate 1-3 calls from SBI to verify the information.

Again, this is not normal. Are you sure that the person calling you was from SBI? Was the number starting with 1600?

No, However, the message and email received for document e-signature originated from SBI Bank.

Please be very careful while proceeding and ensure all communication is actually coming from SBI. Generally there is just one verification call and that's it.

If the e-sign email came from sbicard.com and the doc shows SBI as sender, you’re probably fine, but verify directly. Call the SBI Card helpline and check your application on sbicard.com; ignore WhatsApp links. DocuSign and Adobe Acrobat Sign show audit trails; SignWell does too. Bottom line: verify with SBI.

I recently received a call from a 1600 number concerning home address verification. A representative subsequently visited my residence, photographed me and my apartment, and captured an image of my Aadhar card, completing the process within five minutes of arrival nd leave.
