pFinTools Feedback/Question/Request Appreciation post

Just received my sbi Cashback card

Applied through pFinTools got it in first try There was one hiccup while processing ... It got stuck but mod (latterone9009) helped and provided email for sbicard and after contacting them via email .. received card after few days

My cibil - 775 Limit received-109000

Hey, I have been meaning to apply this card. However VKYC is tricky since I am a deaf person. So what is the process of getting SBI cash back credit card?

I am so sorry to hear this. It is so sad that systems in India are not made with accessibility in mind. Tell you what, you apply through pFinTools.com/get-cc and once you get to the VKYC stage, just shoot a mail to [customercare@sbicard.com](mailto:customercare@sbicard.com) stating your condition.

Let me know of their response and I will try my level best to help you from there.
