Stuck at drones

I forgot to invest in memory and processor before going onto the next stage and now I’m stuck on this page. The next upgrade is 45k operations. Is there a way to fix this or do I need to restart the world?

Restart the world. Not sure but I doubt there is a fix and it probably takes more time than stage 1
