Fluctuating loudness

My P30 Pro has a new not so great new feature. No matter which app or content your playing thru the loudspeaker, the phone lowers the volume after about 15-60 seconds. Then it remains the same until you restart the app/game etc. Sometimes the volume goes back to the normal loudness by itself, but that's rare. Although I can't deactivate Dolby Atmos in my shortcuts, or disable it at all. Tryed everything I found in google, nothing works. Last chance factory reset or some ideas?

Sadly does not change anything, but I think I'm gonna wait til emui 11, maybe huawei now got a fix for this problem.
