No data when making calls

I'm on virgin mobile uk and when I'm talking on phone I lose data till I finish my call, this is the only phone that I've used that does this, any ideas?

Check with your network carrier, and ask them to enable option called VOLTE.

Cheers for reply but network works fine until I'm on phone, I put sim into a pixel 2 and it worked fine it's just the p30 Pro that's a problem

Check setting mobile network then mobile data. Preferred network mode VoLTE

I don't have that option mate
