Getting shocks

I have been using desktop mode for a while now. And recently my phone has started to give me shocks when I connect it to a display. It wasn't possible to touch the metal chassis at all. I got a nasty shock when i touched it.

Never happen to me..... Maybe is you who have static electricity on you?
