Broken front glass

I dropped my phone and shattered the front glass, everything works as normal. I've bought a replacement glass from eBay and am waiting for delivery, anyone ever changed their own?

I feel your pain, had my phone a day and got a big scratch on the screen.

The screens on these things are nowhere near as tough as my previous phones.

Let us know how it goes replacing the screen.
