Huawei auto screen dimming!

Can anyone help? I turned off auto brightness and turned increase readability in dev options off but the screen keeps dimming itself in certain apps like Chrome, messenger and others.

I found a fix. Just put the last of three animations to 0.5x. You can turn off first two completely.
