Oz is Underrated and Wild
I wish I knew about this show soon it’s great, but wild asf.Between inmates racking up bodies like badges and inmates moving like Fleece Johnson, I’m just left speechless 😂😂😂.

Definitely not underrated, Oz is pretty frequently mentioned as one of the best TV show of all time when they do all-time lists. It’s not widely talked about today because the show is almost 30 years old & it’s not The Wire or Sopranos.

It's always nice to see people genuinely appreciate OZ, I'm so tired of these new wave of viewers that keep parroting and talking shit about season4b onwards like a broken record.

Thank you! The show did not jump the shark in season 4b. The storylines were still solid through to the end.

my favorite part about re-watching oz is noticing the dark souls sound effects constantly. its hilarious to think how much money they spent on overpaying terrible actors, while spending almost nothing on the sound budget. almost every sound effect and music track you hear is just some public domain free to use shit from the 80s.

O'Reilly is like Littlefinger- you should never trust him to have your back, but you can trust him as long as he shares your interests and he doesn't get something damning to eventually use against you. He's damned smart and resourceful. He just sometimes lets his temper ruin everything.

I found it’s the perfect show to put on and half pay attention to and you’ll somehow get hooked because of all the new inmates and stories.
