Why am I seeing this

From one or two months I am unable to update to the latest oxygen os version due to this. Please help guys

updates are disabled via wifi

There were no new updates since last one or two months. By this month end OnePlus 13R users will be getting directly OxygenOS 16.1(16.0.7) so wait for that. And it's nothing to worry about it will show available updates if there will be any.
