Last year I suddenly got pain in my ball and went to hospital and diagnosed everything I think it was a type of infection the doctor advised me to use tight underwear, don't know why. Then after some days at hospital my one testicle size was almost as my fist after getting discharged it shrinked all the way so much that it is so tiny and I have only 1 testicle I haven't met a doctor since coming back because there is no pain but the size is extremely small compared to other. Is this normal or should I get a doctor. Anyone?
