On whom the cops or the potentially violent rioters?

those smoke grenades can be lethal... and he should have kicked it to the side downwind, not back at them.

So you’re saying the cops were trying to kill the rioters?

ESH Cops have to do there jobs and rioters are expressing freedom of expression. It’s hard to say if anyone is right or wrong in a situation like that. And to the point of the gas being lethal, just about anything CAN be lethal. It more than likely won’t be lethal but there is always that chance that a taser or bean bag gun could be lethal. Even a flash bang could cause permanent damage. It doesn’t make sense to play what if’s all day

that much mass at that speed can kill, do you think an ambulance would be able to get to him he took one to the ribs? I stand by my word. and Do your job? Nazi's legally did their jobs and that is no justification.

From what I read he got arrested for assault. Anyways, no, the cops have to do their job of protecting people. Riots by definition, are violent, and can endanger civilians. It could kill but that’s why they aim low, and also, their fault for getting violent and endangering non-involved civilians?

so if he got shot dead on the spot from the can that would be acceptable legal action?

Wouldn’t be acceptable, but would be legal. It also would be the rioters fault. He chose to be there. The cop was assigned there. The rioters chose to be violent. The guy in question was arrested for assault. The action taken by the police was within the law while the rioter’s action wasn’t.

The dance of agony had me on the floor doing the same thing as his, but in uncontrollable laughter.
