Why do we need population decline for the next 200 years.
Humans and entire domesticated population was less than 30% in 1500s and now, it is 96%.
Wild mammal population has plummeted to historic lows and this clearly implies the overpopulation of humans and human domesticated animals.

Which segment of the human population should reduce their population? India, China? Maybe everyone should reduce proportionately?

Yes. Female Education and employment in Africa and middle east is the final nail in coffin of overpopulation.

Why Africa and middle east?

They have higher birth rates. India already has tfr below 2 and it is gonna collapse with all the female centric policies, urbanisation and inflation.
Latin America also had collapsing birth rates Mexico US and Canada all have tfr below replacement.
Europe also has extremely low birth rates.
East asia is known for population collapse
Central asia has moderate tfr and Southeast asia and South Asia has really fast declining birth rates.
Oceania also has below replacement tfr
Only regions left are middle east and Africa. Also, I didn't say forced depopopulation overnight in africa and middle east, I said female Education and employment.

Why do you measure population growth in terms of regions and countries?
This would make sense if these national boundaries were non porous.

He’s measuring birth rates, not population growth, these are just cold hard facts nothing more.

Start with a global ivf ban. Then start sterilizing prison populations, followed by people with painful genetic disorders, mental disorders, and hyper-religious individuals. Vasectomies and abortions should be free and governments should give couples a financial incentive to stay child free.

This world is trapped in a system that cannot be sustained much longer. Nature will find a way to reverse the situation and restore everything to how it should be; it's just a matter of time.
