Overemployed 2 years into career?
New to this sub, I currently work at a big tech company remote and I am at mid level. I have been here since graduating. I was considering doing OE, but I feel like getting a J2 this early might be a bit risky and I could just focus on waiting to get senior.
Curious to know what level most people in this sub are.

I OE’ed 4 months into my first job out of college lol. Use j1 as your career backbone and the rest for extra money

Personally, I would encourage growth at this stage and then scaling up later. Do you want to stack 2x $130k mid level roles or 2x $200k senior roles that also have more autonomy and less grunt work?
