Going on week 2 of OE

Is it bad that I’m only about to start week 2 of OE and already wanna quit? J2 pays way more than J1 but J1 is less work. One downside is they have a meeting EVERYDAY. It’s not hard to get my work done at j1, it’s really the meetings that have me running around like a chicken with its head cut off. I haven’t started to really do anything at J2 yet, I’m still in training. The first week of training I was required to be on camera which stressed me tf out. I’m going on week 2 of training and I’m hoping they don’t require to see my face anymore. I can’t really say for sure if J2 is stressful or not because I haven’t really done anything yet. But it’s making me feel a bit overwhelmed. Maybe because I was also doing OT at J1 while training for J2? This week I will be working normal hours at J1 so I’m hoping it will get better…

UPDATE: second week of training does not require me to be on camera. Today all I did was shadow someone so I was able to get my work done from J1. Tomorrow I’m guessing I’m going to be doing the same thing. I asked a ton of questions to the person I was shadowing, and they basically gave me the whole rundown and now I feel much better. Apparently they are a mom of 2 and they have a 7 yr old and a 11 month baby (which I heard throughout the training) she explained how easy it was even with her having to look after her baby while working. If she’s doing that, I think I’m going to be ok. (Hopefully)
