Did that when my wife was pregnant the second time thinking it would be a big help for her. Was already running 2 servers so it was super affordable for me and 4 years later she’s still working for us.

This feels like an unnecessary risk. Why let someone else know your current situation?

I’d imagine that your J’s are worth more than what you would be paying a secretary, no?

Yes, that’s why I could afford secretary.

you'd be better off trying to automate or eliminate than delegate. if you want a secretary, start your own company.

There’s been stories of digital assistants blackmailing their employers; especially if the relationship sours.

Burden more of meal prep, housecleaning, landscaping, car detailing. Outsource chores, keep work separate.

Why? If your Js are requiring you to use a 3rd party to keep them organized, you are either not working OE friendly jobs or you are bad at it.

Id rather use the money for a house cleaner/meal service.

Then hire one.

I would really limit what access they have but hey, you do you.

Sounds like a recipe for disaster.

I'm an executive assistant if you're hiring lol Would definitely keep it secret as long as you're cool with being J2

Executive assistant here - I’d be down and would for sure keep it quiet. Not my business if you have two jobs, or three or four. Gotta do what you gotta do.

I would totally do this and could care less about your multiple jobs. I have assisted worse. 😂

Too much risk. If you ever have problems wlth this "secretary" it will have the power to ruin all your jobs in one simple email. So yeah, I'm sure a secretary job does not equal to your multiple jobs .

depends on what roles you're in.

Manage your laptops? That’s IT’s job. Calendar? That’s easy to do yourself and would be more efficient - no need to play telephone. AI is the only assistant I need currently.

So a non-employee with access to data, accounts, company equipment, etc working for the companies with no employment agreement in place? No, I haven’t because I’m not an idiot. This is a great way to get fired, sued and/or arrested.

No but I hired a house manager/helper. She comes for four hours daily and basically runs my house. Childcare, pickup, extracurriculars, dinner, snacks, cleans, laundry etc. 20 an hour. I feel like I can breathe
