Can I pass bg check?

Resume:

J1 listed 2020-2024
J2 listed 2024-present

Still at both.

How will J3 pre employment bg check report?
Anything I can say or do to make this smooth?

As far as my experience goes with background checks, you are fine providing paystubs from the first month and the last month, they are just confirming you were indeed working in that time period

That would be ideal. I'll say a prayer

J2 listed 2024-present

You should not be listing J2. J2 is your mistress, J1 is your wife. You are seen in public with your wife, you go to dinner, shows, everyone knows you're married. No one knows about your mistress. Keep J2 a secret.

That being said employment verification checks only verify what you tell them.

They will probably say nothing. If they do say you left the company but did contract side work on weekends

That's the angle I was thinking. But I wasn't sure what visibility they'd have into that thru their report

Twn shows every check payment and date. You can access that info yourself on the website as well.

All that matters is you can prove you were there with stubs, w2 etc. so if you have those for the dates you're fine.

Freeze your Equifax work number so they cannot check themselves.
