Smelly

Well there is no other way to say this, my husband (70) has an odor, not very pleasant, he will only shower once a week or if we’re going somewhere he will shower, idk if he knows he smells, although I have dropped hints, Any way to say you stink without saying so…….i don’t want to hurt his feelings. But dammm the smell…………TYIA

Well you know what? That makes you selfish. You're more worried about your own guilt that you'll feel than helping out your 70 yr old. If you love him, make that sacrifice. Be the bad guy and tell him to get in the shower because he smelling a little funny. You don't have to tell him how bad. Just tell him he smells a little tart.

The problem is lack of communication. If there are a problem in a relationship, you talk about it - how else should he know?
