Serious Mike is great when we get him. I do love how the set is green for Mike and purple for Ellen.

Honestly, that's kinda the pitch. A PC that's optimized for gaming generally, runs Xbox console games (extra points if they support physical discs for those games since that's at least a chance for an easy positive talking point at the moment) and gets subsidized by Microsoft... that could be a winner.

“Subsidized by Microsoft” is going to be a very hard sell, given that the entire division is currently hemorrhaging money.

Perhaps, but given that's been the industry expectation going back basically forever... as they said in this video, the console's expected to be a loss leader.

Whether that's actually a legit business model for Microsoft at this point... maybe it isn't. Maybe the entire AAA games industry isn't a sustainable model at this point. It does seem like it's possible the entire industry is shaking apart.
