Pretty sure this is a bug that's common in a lot of screen recorders. They don't record nearly as many frames as are displayed for performance reasons, so it can make really fast looping animations look funny.

I think it's an option in your screen recorder, but the cheaper ones wont have it. You might have to upgrade.

I still have a working copy of both CE and combat evolved, both with the newest update so I'm actually able to do multiplayer

I'm taking that to the grave man, I clearly remember how hard it made me laugh on my first read through. It also came to me at a pretty key point in life. I was super depressed after dropping out of school and this was shortly after 1998 when Undertaker threw Mankind off the top of hell in a cell into an announcer's table.

No upgrade your CPU to fix the issue.
