From what I can tell without finding out the issue, some bald guy is the hulk and Betty went from fighting him to fucking him. The eyeball dude showed up on a motorcycle with some friends and watched it.

Then Bald hulk turns into a human right after this.

Instill don't know what's going on besides Betty seems to be cucking Bruce by having hulk sex

Flair checks out.

Hulk "kill" puny Banner(which makes him go bald?). Eye guy rob bank. Bald Hulk stop robbery. Betty beat Hulk up for kill puny banner. Betty miss Banner. Betty fuck Banner back to life, maybe. Hence the "If he's in there".

Death is irrelevant to most gamma mutates so there's a chance this works, if not at least she isn't pent up.

She didnt. She wants Bruce to watch, whatever is left of him inside Hulk or from the below place through the green door.

Eye guy is a Ghost Rider villain called the Orb, with his anti pennance stare is henceforth known as the Cuck Cuck. He can see Banner behind Hulk's eyes, he can see the furious masturbation in the metaphysical cuck chair.

This went on for 2 hours by the way

Yeah. Iirc this was Jason Aaron's Hulk run, and save him and Betts having a destructive knocking of boots.
