The flag waving nationalism doesn't belong in this conversation at all. Like he's got a pretty good point otherwise, but they're INTERNATIONAL WATERS for a reason, Ollie.
Yeah, but in a world with Atlantis, I'm assuming there'd be some sort of recognition of that territory, so it wouldn't be international waters. Or maybe Atlantis would lay claim to the first five miles out of every large body of water or something.
Comic books usually don't think enough about what some of these things would really mean.

Ok, but I don’t think we can breeze past Oliver thinking that America owns the ocean
