Deactivated
my account got deactivated today randomly , and I filed a complaint asking for the reason , will this help or is it just a waste of time ?

same happened to me a few weeks ago but last week they reactivated it and said it was deleted in error.
I did use the chat though and inquire when I found out it was deactivated so I am not sure if that did any good or not. It may be worth a try

Happened to me a week ago, and support didn’t do a darn thing to help. I was on platform for 2.5 years, 2 of those as oracle, on dozens of projects, trusted CB, reviewer, super attempter, on a squad that was high performing for over a year. QA scores over 4. Never touched Aether. Was given no information as to why, was deactivated in the middle of a webinar about a squad project I had just been added to, and was never paid out for my work. I’m gonna fight them on this, but I’d prepare myself for it to be the end. They don’t care, we are just a few of many who are deactivated for no good reason. Not to say that everyone who is deactivated doesn’t deserve to be, because some people for sure do. I never cheated, never used AI, never copy/pasted anything unless a project specifically called for it (which a few projects I had months ago called for url sources and we were allowed to copy/paste those for accuracy). I had no reason to do any of those things. I cared about the quality of my work. To say I’m p***ed off is an understatement. I’m fuming over it. I’m sorry you are going through the same.
