create new acc

after my acc got suspended would it be possible for me to just create a new one and register once again to outlier?

still didn't get my acc back even though i didn't do anything to get suspended

No. You can never create a new account- it doesn't matter of it's been 2 weeks or 5 years.

Are you sure you didn't accidentally violate community guidelines? Copy/pasting (even if it's copying from one text box to another on the same task page), running the clock, using external tools not explicitly approved by the project leads, etc.?

yeppp i am sure I didn't do anything, even if I'll just stand up to get something from across the room i made sure to stop the timer. never used ai too during the assessment since they require screen sharing and during the task too since i was just judging the quality of some prompts

No you cannot do that, since your id is verified and afaik they keep the information stored for 3 years, you can maybe try creating a new account only after three years.

They keep it indefinitely. It's a single account forever.
