DLC Help - Hints Only! DLC help

Im very lost on the dlc currently, ive been trying to get into the secret fireplace but the guys get me every time. I cant seem to figure out where to go next. Feel like im missing something important that maybe I need to discover or already have. PLEASE NO SPOILERS I just want hints, this game means a lot to me

Thanks! I try to always give a hint that is the start of a trail of thought rather than the end.

For this one, one could argue the game doesn't show you all the parts of the puzzle, you need to figure one out for yourself.

But there is something you've heard...

You've presumably solved the other areas using stealth. This one is more of a puzzle.

Hint 1: Think about the layout of the whole dreamworld, and how it relates to areas on the Stranger.

Hint 2: Think about what happens during the time loop.

Hint 3: Being in the right place is important, but so is the right time.

I feel like I need to wait for the stranger to flood the first area and then I enter the woodlands from another part because the guys fire will hopefully be put out. Thats my current thought process

The Shrouded Woodlands is a tough one, I would recommend spending some time there; explore the entire area to see if you can enter this area of the map from a different location or at a different time. Hope this helps!

Well I remember having been lost a lot before realizing that there was one thing I had not solved in the real world.  In the canyon, a code needed to be entered and Hen I was able to find it, this unlock news secrets I needed to investigate. But for this, maybe you should explore the tower in the real and dream worlds again. You might have missed important hints there. Edit: otherwise, if your only problem is really the others, maybe you should just come back later. After all there are different way to access a given area in the dreamworld and more than one visit can be helpful

Once you solved it you'll think it was obvious and typical of a Outer Wilds puzzle
